At Skyscape Condominiums in downtown Minneapolis they've come up with an innovative way to market the building's high-end penthouse units in a so-so condo market: The company is offering to sell the entire 26th floor of the building to a single buyer.

In May, Otho Restaurant and Skyscape condominiums hosted 125 Sample Circuit attendees to a fantastic assortment of food, libations and views.
