Tandem Developers, LLC, is a privately held Chicago-based real estate development firm led by Paul Dincin and Paul Marks. This entrepreneurial firm has a proven track record of building successful residential projects in cities across the Midwest. Tandem specializes in urban locations with a variety of large condominium projects in Chicago, Milwaukee, and Minneapolis.
The design team consists of Chicago-based Built Form Architects and Minneapolis-based Cunningham & Associates Architects. Both firms have extensive experience with high-rise residential construction. The Principals of Built-Form, in particular, have designed some of the most significant and innovative high-rises in Chicago as well as other major cities.
Minneapolis-based Adolfson & Peterson (A&P) is the premiere builder of large scale commercial construction in the Twin Cities. A&P is a top 100 General contractor in the U.S. with an annual volume of over $380M and 60 years of experience. Their experienced team of concrete workers, finish carpenters, and other tradesmen built Skyscape to the highest standards.
With 30 years of experience, Gittleman provides community association management services for over 200 townhome and condominium communities with 20,000 homes throughout Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the Greater Twin Cities. They have brought an exceptional team of property managers and on-site building caretakers to Skyscape, led by Max Ellis.
The Downtown Resource Group (DRG), led by Joe Grunnet and Ben Ganje, is proud to represent Skyscape in all aspects of sales and marketing.
This newly formed real estate agency has experienced agents who focus exclusively on downtown Minneapolis lofts and condos.
David Abele of Edina Realty is pleased to present Skyscape's limited edition penthouses and upper bracket homes.
Andrea Christenson of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker is responsible for retail leasing at Skyscape. Andrea is an experienced Minneapolis-based broker with strong local and national contacts in the retail industry. Colliers has already brought Otho restaurant and Street Lounge to Skyscape and has other tenants in the pipeline.
Paul Mycroft + Company specialize in professional web design, email newsletter design, and search engine optimization for small- to medium-sized businesses. They utilized their extensive web design and email newsletter experience for the Skyscape web site visitor, developing not only a site that represented the high-quality of the Skyscape building but a way to communicate effectively with people interested in a new home in dowtown Minneapolis.
